VPN connection issues with version ADC 12.1.49.23

We are experiencing issues when an SSL VPN user after ADC 12.1.49.23 upgrade.

The user connects to the ADC via Windows 10 or Windows 7 and initiates a VPN session.

They will initially connect then drop.

They can't contact internal resources or ping internal servers.

Found this article, which fixed our issue for Windows 10.

This appears to be an undocumented fix, not in their release notes.

But for Windows 7, you have to lower the local firewall.

This is unacceptable!

These same users worked fine in version 10.5.56.

Changing hundreds of devices because or a buggy NS firmware is a major issue.

I've seen a several other admins out there with the same issues.

Called Citrix and they are trying to figure out if an upgrade to 12.1.51.19 will work.

They are not sure at this point.

Anyone seen this before?

Aaron,

Were you able to get a resolution for this? We are experiencing the same issue.
