Who approved this rollout?

and Why was the implementation done so poorly?

Over this past weekend half of my XenApp servers turned off without any explanation.

Also this past Friday a new delivery group was created and some of the XenApp servers where powering off without reason. There was no option on creation to turn this off or on and there still isn't. Also upon editing the delivery group there was no Autoscale option to change this last Friday. The autoscale option showed yesterday when I went to work on this with support.

Why would you implement this with it automatically turned on?

We pay a lot of money for this cloud solution product and expect when you implement new features you don't create issues such as this,

@Dan Bardeen - Please note that when you create a delivery group Autoscale is turned on by default. This has been the case with the power management that we had with Studio as well. This is also highlighted while creating a delivery group through Studio. Also there is an option to turn it off. Please refer to our docs https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops-service/manage-deployment/autoscale.html#enable-or-disable-autoscale-for-a-delivery-group
