Update failed to 10.8 from 10.7


Question

The upgrade failed to 10.8 from 10.7. This is the same error.

Citrix Engineers wanted me to restore the DB and the snapshot. I restored the snapshot but the DB when trying to restore it is not allowing to restore the DB.  As, an application called JTDS is using the db service account and it shows that it has around 20 connections. So, the DBA is unable to restore it. Any suggestions and thoughts?
