Problems with Citrix workspace on Macbook with error-code: please try again in a few minutes.

Question

I didn't have problems with the Citrix Workspace connection to our work Citrix environment. On my iPad it stil works fine (same method with RSA token).

But after a conflict with SharePoint 365 and OneDrive, I had to restore some things with OneDrive and after that I can't make connection tot my work Citrix environment with Citrix Workspace.

The announcement I get on the screen is: Please try again in a few minutes. Contact your help desk for assistence (see screenshot below)

 

I use the latest Citrix Workspace 19.3.1.25 (1903). On the workside we have Storefront.

Problem lies on Macbook side, because before it worked oke and on my iPad it is still working.

 

I tried to restore the Citrix receiver and the Citrix Workspace and re-install them but no effect.

I tried to install a new MacOs Mojave 10.14.4 but also didn't have effect.

 

Who can help me?

Finally got it!!!!

 

For me was an issue about TLS settings, i open the app, enter settings, and restore the defaults, and works! jajajaja

 

Tellme if it works for you....
