Citrix will not show up on Kiosk Provisioned Windows 10 1809 System until I Start Explorer

To begin. I am a Novice at this so please provide as much detail as possible to help me, or point me in the right direction

I have installed a Windows 10 Enterprise Enviornment on my Thin Client. The Provision package works as expected. The problem begins after Autologin.


Citrix Shows that it is running in the task manager but the screen is black. I press the enter Key on the keyboard and then I see a white box that says form1.


Nothing else on the screen.


If I go to task manager and start the Explorer.exe Application then the Citrix Workspace v19.3.0.4 (1903) Will show as it is suppose to. 


I am trying to set up a Kiosk so my users can not click on anything in the environment Other than the Apps in the Workspace.  But workspace will not open fully automatically. 

How do I Fix this?
