Authentication error when signing in from child domain.

Craig Hollar

Controllers and VDA's are all in parent domain.

I have configured storefront to accept authentication from all of our child domains.  This is the error I get one authenticating:

An unexpected response was received during the authentication process.
Citrix.DeliveryServicesClients.Authentication.Exceptions.ExplicitAuthenticationFailure, Citrix.DeliveryServicesClients.Authentication, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null
General Authentication Failure
ExplicitResult.State: 5
AuthenticationControllerRequestUrl: https://***.***.com/Citrix/StoreWeb/ExplicitAuth/LoginAttempt
ActionType: LoginAttempt

Thanks Ganeshr for reply.  I had read that before hand.  Im not sure if that fits my environment as I don't have any citrix servers in the child domains.

2- delivery controllers

4- hosts

1- SQL server

2- netscalers

Child domains

No citrix environment

Users from either child domain cant authenticate in citrix

Trusted domains have been configured in Storefront.  I have even set it to allow any domain, no luck.  I am testing the internal environment only at moment.  I have configured netscalers as well for external and no luck there either.
