NetScaler - authenticates / presents desktops / but throws SSL Error when I attempt to connect - any ideas.

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone:

I'm trying to get NetScaler up and running and then test it on a set group of users so we can start having our remote staff using NetScaler to get to their pcs / RDS boxes instead of connecting say through a VPN and then connecting directly to the RDS box.

I am able to authenticate through NetScaler Gateway no issues, my desktops come up, no issues. but then when I click on the published desktops it will state - Error: "Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. The Citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections" -- if I log directly into my storefront, while i'm connected to my LAN network, no issues.

any ideas, according to my firewall - the DMZ, which is where I have the NetScaler and the switch its connected to setup has all ports open to the LAN network.  If you can give any ideas on the next steps it would be very helpful - thanks.
