OneNote cache errors with UPM



We are having issues with OneNote cache and UPM.  When people open OneNote in Citrix they receive the errors attached.  If I disable the UPM policy the issue goes away.  Our policy streams in the whole users Microsoft appdata folder which OneNote is a sub-folder of it.  Our policy also removes the users profile from the terminal server at logoff, I'm thinking this could be the issue but I cannot pinpoint what is corrupting the OneNote cache.  


Has anyone else faced this issue?  Should I be redirecting the cache file somewhere else?  We are currently on UPM version 7.15.1000.34
