Enrollment Invitation Sent - Cannot still logon to Secure Hub

I sent an enrollment invitation by adding my Android Samsung G9 phone. Unfortunately, when I try to logon to Secure Hub, I enter my email ID and then in the next screen I enter my AD login ID and password and nothing happens. No Error nothing. What could be wrong and what do I have to check. 


I am also an admin on the XenMobile system, so I want to make sure that I can access my own account first.
