How to change Dom0 VCPU allocation ?

I have a question for a XenServer 7.6 Enterprise installation.

There are 32 VCPUs available for the system. I noticed the Dom0 takes half of them as shown in the xentop.

The question is : how can I change the number of VCPUs that are allocated to Dom0 ? I'd like to reduce it because I don't think it needs that much and I need the resources for the VMs.

I'm not sure why but thats normal. Remember, those aren't pinned so XenServer is just choosing to spread

its CPU load across multiple CPU's. For a good feel how its doing I would add the control domain load

performance graph and see if your load is crazy high or not.
