Tableau desktop client is not working on Netscaler VPN

We have recently upgraded Netscaler ADC  from version 10.5 to version 12.  

Tableue desktop client was working as expected on version 10.5. 


But it is not working properly on version 12. Desktop client is prompting for user name and password. It is validating the wrong credentials and giving error message.

But if we enter right credentials, table client is hanging and becoming unresponsive.


Any idea why Tableau client is not working on version 12?
