Director NMAS Integration fails "No details are available"... Network unreachable. Check configuration, authentication or service availability

Hi All,

 

I am having issues with Director NMAS Integration. When I click on the Director -- Trends -- Network Tab, I get the below error.

 

"No details are available"... Network unreachable. Check configuration, authentication or service availability

 

Our setup

XA & Director 7.15 LTSR2

NMAS/ADM 12.1

 

We have 2 XA 7.15 sites

(XA Site#1 - Non-Prod Environment - 2 Director Servers pointing to the same NMAS Server) - Director/NMAS Integration working fine

(XA Site#2 - DR Environment - 2 Director Servers pointing to the same NMAS Server) - Director/NMAS Integration Non-Working

 

At this stage we are unsure if this configuration is supported. (2 different sites pointing to 1 NMAS Server)

 

Citrix support engaged and still not resolution.

 

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Finally found the resolution..... :5_smiley:

 

The issue as due to the Optimal HDX Routing for this store configured to "Direct HDX Connection" instead of via the Gateway.

 

XA Site#2 - DR Environment - 2 Director Servers pointing to the same NMAS Server) - Director/NMAS Integration Non-Working

 

Thanks James for the confirmation that this configuration (2 sites pointing to the same NMAS) works.
