Hi Alessandro,


It is also possible to fix this problem without input from Citrix Support.


The node which has problems can be cloned to a new instance of a virtual machine. So long as the same server version number is used, with the same database and passwords, then this method should resolve the issue without having to log a support call.


Always best to backup the server node and also the database first of course.
