Self Service Plugin constant application errors.

Brian Lovell

We have Windows 10 1803 and Citrix Receiver 14.9.3000.11 and get a lot of crashes with the Self Service Plugin. Any ideas?

We just upgraded some VDAs to "Citrix Virtual Apps 7 1912" which installed Citrix Workspace 1911 and now every few moments we get a popup that reads "citrix workspace has stop working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."

Removing citrix workspace and reinstalling doesnt fix it. We see the exact same thing in event viewer that the OP posted above.

anyone else seeing this or know the fix?
