When the user's session freezes, you're using Director to disconnect/logoff the session.  Have you examined the guest Vm itself to see if it is hung, or are the users able to login directly with no action taken?  Typically a frozen (Non responsive) session would indicate a network interruption, so I'd start by looking at it as a potential network issue.  There are a variety of possible causes.

If the user reboots her PC and reconnects, is the session on the Guest VM still in the same state as when the session hung?

Are the users connected over Wi-Fi or wired connections?

Check event logs on the client and Hypervisor looking for clues as to why the sessions are interrupted.

Is there a Netscaler or other similar device used? If Yes, check logs on those devices also.

Are these users coming in from external networks, or on a company LAN?
