User Screen Rendering and Blurry in Desktop

Been Troubleshooting an issue for a while and hopefully the community can help.  I have users in India that complain abut the screen rendering blurriness.  This does not happen for the close connections. 

Site 7.15U3

and 1811 Sitre VDA latest

I have tried several things, using default profile and the the WAN profile did not help. 

 

Any ideas?

What Receiver client and version are they using?

 

Without knowing anything further about your environment I would check the below:

- Make sure you have EDT enabled on the VDAs (and NetScaler if in place) (policy setting - HDX Adaptive Display: Preferred)

- Make sure you are using Thinwire (policy setting - Use video codec for compression: Do not use video codec)

- Display quality to medium (policy setting - Visual Quality: Medium)

- Frame rate set low (policy setting - Target Frame Rate: 15)

- Ensure you test from a Windows PC with latest receiver, to rule out old receivers/thin clients with outdated Linux receiver versions
