Change Password Netscaler Gateway (Unified Gateway) advanced authentication policies

Hi there.

 

Users are unable to change their password when they are logged on the Unified Gateway (The option "Change Password..." in the top right corner in the pull down menu).

 

But if a user with an expired password logs on the Unified Gateway and he/she is prompted to change it during logon, he/she doesn't experience any issues. The password is changed within AD.

 

Netscaler version 12.1 49.23

 

I have configured advanced authentication policies with login schema's (nFactor).

 

Does anyone know what mnight be causing this behavior?
