Memory performance information not showing for VM running openSUSE 42.3

Bill Foskett1709158322

Question

I have a VM running openSUSE 42.3 that I have cloned to two new systems.  These clones have been migrated to others servers in the server pool.  The original system shows memory information within the XenCenter VM performance tab.  The two cloned VMs say that "to memory data for this VM, you need to install XenServer tools."  All VMs have XenServer tools for Linux installed but these two will not show the memory info.  Has anyone seen this occur and know how to get it working.  All servers in the pool are running XenServer 7.1 with all available OS updates installed.

Have not, but I have very few VM's that are Linux and no SUSE. I would just guess the XenServer tools really

do have an issue (when you right click the VM can you see shutdown/restart/suspend in addition to force

shutdown and force restart?). The other thing is those performance graphs are time sensitive so time sync

has to be good.
