Citrix Workspace Virtual Driver

When logging into billing system on my Windows 10 (Home) laptop, this message box appears from Citrix Workspace it states "You might be having an issue with a Citrix virtual driver (MobileReceiver). Contact your system administrator for further assistance".  This message is preventing me from logging in, do anyone know what this mean?  If so how to fix it?
