Director reports no running sessions on a disabled or locked user account

Question

In Citrix Director (7.18) we found an issue with searching a disabled or locked user. 

The user is searchable, but the director reports no running session for the user, although the user is logged on to a session.

 

Within the session list itself the user can be found, having a session.

Selecting the username... again.. no running session for this user.

 

Only after unlocking or reenabling the user account the session is again been seen.

 

Is this as designed? can't find anything in the documentation.
