7.15 LTSR with UPM 1811, breaking support?

Hi,

We would like to runt LTSR release 7.15 CU3 but use Citrix UPM 1811 for Outlook index with Office365

Will I break  support on LTSR then? OR is this no problem if I get problems with VDA 7.15CU3 but using UPM 1811?

Hi Uffe - LTSR program provides updates to baselines components for the versions mentioned in this document https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/whats-new/cumulative-update-3.html. So if you're using 1811 UPM then you'd be breaking the compliance for UPM and wouldn't be eligible for LTSR benefits. 

 

I'd recommend you to use LTSR Assistant Tool (https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX209577) to validate the compliance of your deployment.
