Citrix Workspace gives "SSL Error 4" - But older Receiver Works Fine

I have a new home computer and I loaded the latest Citrix Workspace.  It allowed me to log in to my company's Citrix page, but when any app was chosen, I get the error "SSL Error 4".  This was with both MS Edge and Chrome.

 

I uninstalled Workspace and installed the older version Citrix Receiver 4.11.  It works perfectly.

 

Any ideas on why this error would only show up on the Citrix Workspace and not Receiver?

Ciphers have changed in the different releases. I'm guessing you're connecting to an old NetScaler, or one with an old configuration that needs to be updated.
