Cant unistall and install Studio console XD1811 on adminserver for helpdesk

Question

I´ve try to install studio console on a adminserver for helpedesk
The earlier version was 7.18

Have just upgraded DDC:s to XenDesktop 1811

But the uninstalltion failed of Sudio Console on admin server.

1. Then I run Microsoft uninstaller (MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta)
-Uninstall Studio
2. After the I´run VDACleanupUtility

3. Restart

4 Then try to install Studio XD 1811
-But it´s fail:

Error message:
Log Name: Application

EventID:11714
Level: Error


Product: Citrix Group Policy Management 7.20.0.0 -- Error 1714. The older version of
Citrix Group Policy Management 7.20.0.0 cannot be removed.  Contact your technical support group.

Note:

I´ve recreated the localhost cache on all DDC:s after som errors in even log.

Now these errors are gone.

It looks like the answer is in this part of the error log:

Problem solved and here's one solution for those who has the same problem of uninstalling components as Studio and Director:

1. Run Microsoft uninstaller (MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta)
-Uninstall your Citrix component (Studio and Director in my case)

-Uninstall all the other Citrix related components

-You dont have to uninstall Citrix Workspace
2. After that, run VDACleanupUtility

3. Restart

4 Then try to install your Citrix component again.
