Question about Stores and XenDesktop Licensing

Hello Everybody,

 

My company uses from some year XenApp, until now we have no problem at all.

Some necessities changes, so we need to use also XenDesktop.  So I added our new licenses to the License server, and it seems correctly loaded.

 

But when I try to start the desktop I always receive the message "Cannot Start desktop "xxxxxxxxxxx"" and on Event Log on Citrix server I see this:

 

Event Id: 28

Failed to launch the resource 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Desktops $S4-11' using the Citrix XML Service at address 'https://srvctx01.xxxxx.com:443/scripts/wpnbr.dll'. The XML service returned error: 'not-licensed'.

Event Id: 4008

Failed to launch the resource 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Desktops $S4-11' using the Citrix XML Service at address 'https://srvctx01.xxxxx.com:443/scripts/wpnbr.dll'. The XML service returned error: 'not-licensed'. 

 

 

Maybe should I create a new Store?

 this is one of my doubts, until now I see selected XenApp Advanced Edition

but from now, as you can see I have bought a number of Virtual App and Desktop Advanced, with User/Device Model.

I'm expecting to change Product Edition, somehow, to XenDesktop Edition Advanced, but 1) I didn't see Advanced as selectable option and 2) I can't change  to User /Device Licensing.

 

What I'm doing wrong??
