Published Applications in Citrix Endpoint Management not being installed on Windows 10 after selecting them on the Internal Enterprise Store



we have setup a Cloud Endpoint Management setup and it is working ok,


we noticed that all published apps in the Internal Enterprise Store is not being installed on the device even after several clicks on the application, it will only show a message "You App is being added to your home screen", nothing happens after that.


strangely enough, configuring the same applications as mandatory applications in the delivery group, it gets installed successfully,


hope someone can point me in the right direction on where to check for any logs regarding this issue
