Multiple languages

We have a user who uses multiple languages locally on his pc, switches back and forth. If he is logged into workspace, has an application launched, should this cause any issues with the citrix session, if he switches languages back and forth locally? The issue is that IE is crashing, we believe through trouble shooting that it has to do with the switching of languages, that its causing issues with his session.  Should local language settings affect a users Citrix session in any way? If the VDA doesn't support the local language of the PC, is that an issue?
