Mismatch on sound/video for screen recording

We are using a Java Applet to record the screen and microphone input inside a Citrix environment. Unfortunately, there is a mismatch of audio/video of about 10% of the video length. The audio is “behind” the video. The screen recorder is used on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Desktop.

Searching in forums I found that it might be related to audio quality -> we changed it to high with no effect.

Also, setting Real-Time Transport to disabled (which was also suggested in the forum) had no effect.


Does anyone have the same issue and/or knows how to solve it?
