Citrix Workspace cannot connect to the server (MacBook Pro 2017, Mojave 10.14.3)

I posted a question about this topic a while ago, unfortunately this problem does still occur on my MacBook Pro 2017. I installed the latest version of Citrix Receiver and it constantly gives this error: Cannot log on: Citrix Workspace cannot connect to the server. 

Things I tried:
-Restart Macbook
-Uninstall Citrix , install again

-Reconnect network


Do i have to change something in preferences?
