Cannot complete request over gateway

we use workspace app 1812 with latest citrix gateway 12.1 build 51. Some users who are accessing our environment from external got sometimes the error message "cannot complete request" before they can login.



It happens at the first start after a pc reboot and before authentication. After the users clicks an ok, they can login and use all apps and desktops without problem.


Is this a known issue ? or has someone any ideas how we can fix it?


We use loginschema as authentication with custom RFWEBUI Theme
