Has anyone experienced issues with Citrix Workspace app not opening ica file?

I have a person who was using Citrix Receiver on an iPhone 6 with iOS12.1.4 and the app has been upgraded to Citrix Workspace - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/citrix-workspace/id363501921.  The way our citrix environment works is we go to a web site and enter in our user information and rsa and then it asks us what app to open up the ica file in to start the session.  We then select Receiver which is now workspace and select the item we want to launch.  However on this person's phone when I have them select open in Citrix Workspace it launches something that does not look  like workspace and asks to chose location to open files iCloud Drive or On my Phone.  Neither selection seem to launch the view I am expecting.
