Cannot start app

We are seeing some strange issue on the client machine. Some user getting error message below not all. Clearing  the cache for Citrix Receiver Or reboot the machine fix the issue.


Our setup

DDC version 7.18

Citrix Receiver


Does anyone know why we are getting this ? and how we can resolve this issue permanently

As i said not all users are effected some random users and random day, and random location. we have more than 600+ concurrent session and 3 DDC out of 600+ session may 3 or 4 users and this is not happen everyday and reboot client machine always fix the problem.
