XenDesktop VMs are showing black screen. Have to reboot couple of times to see the windows logon screen

John Francis1709160537

VMware vSphere 6.5

XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR CU1

Windows 10 Build 1803

VMs are showing black screen. I have to probably shut it down several times and bring it up to see the Windows logon screen or sometimes they do not. Is this a VSphere issue or is it a PVS issue?

Through vSphere we cannot even shut it down properly as only Power off is available shutdown guest OS or reboot Guest OS options won't be available.

I am sure this is a vSphere issue, but this will become a problem once it goes into production cannot be rebooting it everyday. Also, in LTSR CU1 there is no Power Management option to manage the desktops boot up time and shutdown time. How can we set this. Either in Delivery Group the Power Management is not available to set it.
