Selfservice.exe crash Dazzle.JobListHandler.MonitorQueue_ThreadStartWrapper

Conrad Braber

Question

We're using Ivanti Workspace Control 10.3.70.0 (IWC) to publish applications to XenApp 7.12. No problem here. To use the applications we have a startup script that calls selfservice.exe -poll -exit to create the Xml file under %localappdata&\Citrix\Selfsservice for IWC to use to execute the published application. Still no problem here.

Everything works fine for the user, but a problem.txt is created with the following error:

>>> SelfService, Version=4.9.5000.5, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null

What's causing this error to be created?
