Is there a way to see the Phone Number of a device in XenMobile? (V10.9)

Whatever I do, I am unable to find out the phone numbers of the connected devices anywhere. And I also cannot find any help text or information anywhere online to display/see that information.

Hello,

 

If you go within the Console in Manage / Devices, edit the device and go in Properties, you will see the Mobile Phone Number

I hidden it in the attached screenshot.

We are seeing inconsistency where alot of devices are not pulling through a valid phone number (Seems to be dependent on the SIM provider)

Is anyone else having similar issues? 

Supplier A seems to show all numbers

Supplier B shows none

  

We are seeing the same, EE - number shown, Vodafone - no number.

  

Have you been given any explanation for this?

I believe its the way the suppliers setup the SIM card, the SIM card from supplier A is fixed, but from supplier B, the number needs to be assigned?

 

Hoping this will be fixed its fundamental in reporting
