WEM Licensing Question !

Hello James, 


in your link there is a information marked with the asterisk -> *Feature is exclusively available to customers with active Customer Success Services.


our customer is running valid "XDT_PLT_UD"  Licenses.


We have an issue with starting the WEM Admin Console -> https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/407478-citrix-wem-with-user-device-license-model/


For me it looks like UD Licences do not support WEM?!
