Using epic on iPad Pro using Citrix workspace app

Hi I am doctor, use cerner. And epic on my iPad Pro for accessing emr while rounding in hospital and at home , cerner works really good but epic did an update dec 1 2018 since then whenever I try to access the epic It works ok but then closes within 5 min . 

There is no problems when I work on my MacBook Pro but the problems happen only on the ipad Citrix workspace, 

called the epic it  team but no help so far, was wondering if there is any trick or something to help me .

I have this same problem. It has been ongoing for the past year, so I have essentially been unable to use Citrix for Epic on my iPad Pro. I, too, did not have any success with the Epic Help Desk. I've also not had luck searching the web for answers. If you've heard anything that could fix the issue, I know quite a few people (myself included) that would be immensely grateful.
