Citrix Workspace Applications Not Displaying Correctly on Multiple Monitor Configuration with MacOS

Starting today the Citrix applications began experiencing issues with displaying on system configured with multiple monitors. I recently swapped one of the monitors for a larger unit with high resolution; however, even when I attempt to display the application on the pre-existing monitor only half of the application appears on and it is black. I have read accounts describing a similar issue that occurred with Windows and the resolution was to modify the DPI scaling preferences but I haven’t seen the preferred method for resolving this issues on Macs. Any help would be appreciated.

By default there is a limit on video memory VDA can have. This limits the display let area. You can ask your Citrix admin to extend the display memory limit. Please follow this article.

Thank you for your response. Is that to say that I would need to contact the Citrix admin for each client I work for to make that request? I contract for multiple clients so each would need to extend the display memory limit?
