Edge Settings (Favorites etc.) are not persist

Hello,

 

In our Environment the Edge Settings (Favorites etc.) are not persist between user sessions - below are my UPM Settings

 

are there any specific UPM settings I have to set for persistent Edge Settings?

Edge and IE both use the Webcache database and you will need mirror the following 

·       AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCookies 

·       AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies 

·       AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache 

 

these however seem to appear in both the include and exclude lists above, which may be your issue.

The “Process Internet Cookie files on logoff” policy needs to be enabled (we have a very interesting article coming up on this on our company website in the very near future) 

 

of course once you are successfully capturing the data you will need to be aware that it will grow rapidly, when this happens you may well need Avanite WedData Control.
