Temp area for local Workspace

This is not specifically related to XenApp but came up while I was doing a POC for XenApp.  I have an application that will not start up properly on my XenApp Windows 2016 server when logged on with domain credentials.  This is true when connecting via RDP or the Citrix Receiver.  The application starts up just fine when logged onto the XenApp server with a local account.  The error message I get is below.  I am able to run this application fine on a Windows 2008 R2 server and on a Windows 10 desktop.


The "temp" environment variable is invalid (c:\users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\14\..tmp).  Applicationname needs a temp area for local Workspace
