Recommended Posts

Dear All,

I`ve install the Citrix Gateway system complete. And I want to connect with VPN. Here`s my issue.

1) I connected the VPN use "Citrix VPN" on Iphone OS is work.

2) I connected the VPN use "Citrix Gateway Plug-in" on Windows system is work.

3) I connected the VPN use "Citrix Gateway Plug-in" on MAC OS is work.

****4) I connected the VPN use "Citrix SSO" on android system is not working.

The issue is, can connected normal use the username and the password. But while I connected successfully, can`t open the google or facebook wesite.

So if there`s any DNS issue or other issue?

Thanks!

This generally means that NetScaler is using SNIP to initiate a connection.

Few things to check:

SPLIT Tunnel--->OFF or ON

If ON, Do you have intranet applications defined?

Debug steps:

Check if you are hitting the same session policy for iOS and Android:

>shell

#nsconmsg -g pol_hits -d current

---test---

Also, generate the log file from the mobile application. You should have an option under support-->Logs (Debug logs preferred)

@Justin Cheong1709159336, I looked at the Citrix SSO logs attached in the message posted on September 18, 2018. It appears that on the gateway you have set the SplitDNS to BOTH (which is default setting by the way). But this setting requires that you setup DNS suffixes that needs to be resolved over the VPN, otherwise client does not know how to proceed with DNS resolution. Either do this or set the SplitDNS setting to REMOTE so that all DNS resolutions happen on Citrix Gateway. Could you please try it out?
