Storefront - Key set does not Exist

We recently changed out an SSL cert on our store front server, and are now receiving a 'key set does not exist' error when trying to log in from the Citrix receiver. I have tried numerous fixes, including making sure the thumbprint are correct and permission is granted to the Microsoft keys folder. Has anyone run into this one before? I attached a trace from when the error happened, ~348.

We have exactly same issue. It occurs when we are trying to switch back from using a service account in the Application pools to set default settings (ApplicationPoolIdentity).

We also re-installed the certificate in proper way and managed keys permissions by adding all App pool names and IIS_IUSRS, but no success :-(

Did you finally solve it?
