Storefront Config Export Issue

I'm working on my Dev site deployment. Trying to export my storefront config and import to a new server group. When I run the Export-STFConfiguration command I get the following results. Cant seem to find the root cause. 




Anyone seen this issue?  Or know of another way to manually export the config?

Running into this issue now on a Windows 2016 Server and Citrix Storefront 3.16.  Has anyone been able to get past this error?



Export-STFConfiguration : An error occurred configuring StoreFront diagnostics. The property 'applicationPool' cannot
be found on this object. Verify that the property exists.
