Licensing Netscaler Gateway VPX on Nutanix AHV

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm trying to run Netscaler Gateway VPX on Nutanix AHV. I've got the VM up and running but I couldn't license it. I have partner access and license for 1 year.

The goal is just to have a secure remote access to storefront, desktops and applications (XenDesktop).

1 - I downloaded the NS GW VPX from here: https://www.citrix.com.br/downloads/netscaler-gateway/

2 - I tried to install two licenses. See the screenshots.

The Netscaler not licensed.

License manager. Here we do have the license files from the first screen.

Part number: 3013070-G1
Citrix NetScaler Gateway Enterprise VPX

I cannot have the gateway feature activated. What am I missing here?

Many thanks.

Just to let everybody know. I guess what is wrong.

I've added the licensing server from XD and uploaded the LIC file manually.  Maybe it was trying to pull the license from the license server, not from the file.

I've remove the licensing server and let just the .lic file.

The XD license server has just the licenses from Xendesktop.

Does that make sense?
