Indeed you can:

Edit strings.en

Add:

(function ($) {
   $.localization.customStringBundle("en", {
       LogOn: "Please Wait",
       YouHaveLoggedOff:'You have logged off successfully.<br>You are being redirected to domain.com<script type="text/javascript">window.location.replace("http://www.domain.com");</script>'
   });
})(jQuery);

Message will display on screen for a second or so.

For 1912, try changing the key of the second line from:

YouHaveLoggedOff:

to:

YouAreLoggedOff:

Thanks for the info. I tried both ways and nothing changed.

I've tried SAML w/ nfactor, basic saml and basic ldap. Still no redirect.  Any thoughts? Tried with the syntax above and with stated changes.

If you leave out the redirect, do you see the new text?

(I wonder if Citrix removed the ability to embed Javascript for security).

Same results. Not even seeing the "You have been logged out" gateway screen.  If there was a certain syntax in the url that happened when logging out I could target that with a responder policy and redirect, but I dont see anything.

Getting back around to this finally.

Going through the netscaler gateway the strings.en settings are not honored. If I go through the storefront server directly or the storefront base url it redirects as expected.

Only difference is through the gateway I use SAML.  I dont use the SAML logout URL as to not affect other apps that use it.  So when I manually click logout the page just reloads.

Is there something about SAML that overrides the storefront logout process?

I don't know about overriding the logout process, but I would understand if a SAML logout took a different code path when logging out. If you're not seeing the "You have been logged out" screen,  that would be an indication that a different path had been taken.

It's interesting. Even if you change the auth type to LDAP on the gateway it still doesn't honor the logout redirect settings. It's almost as if the gateway handles the "log off" process on more recent NS versions where as older versions allowed storefront to handle some part of it.  The search continues!
