NetScaler Gateway CVPN URLs rewriting

Recommended Posts

We publish several apps through NS UGW.  Unfortunately, many of the URLs didn't get rewritten properly (didn't prepend "/cvpn/http..."). Now we want NetScaler to rewrite all (even public) urls to be prepended with "/cvpn/http...{bookmark url}". Including URLs in JavaScript files they also should be rewritten.

NS 12, build 56.20

Unfortunately the CVPN isn't guaranteed to work with all applications.  We guarantee CVPN to work with certain versions of Exchange and Sharepoint but beyond that it is best effort.  One good test is to set up the session policy for SSL VPN (ICA proxy OFF, Clientless OFF) and see if your back end works correctly.  If that works then the issue is certainly with CVPN.  You can try to get this working with rewrites and responders

HI Brooks,

If you have that rewrite and responders policy works with cVPN, can you please share that.

Issue is, at some point, a redirection happens that doesn't have a hostname, and when client try to do GET for that, ADC can't match that traffic to any of the content switch and then it dies.
