Make sure "Client TWAIN device redirection" policy is Allowed

Install the TWAIN driver from Fujitsu on your client PC.

Test the Scanner works with the TWAIN driver locally on the client PC using a tool such as Twacker.

 

Once confirmed working then connect to Citrix session. You have to use a Twain aware application inside the Citrix desktop. The scanner won't show in the Citrix desktop device manager.

If you cannot get the scanner to work, check it is redirected to the Citrix desktop by right-clicking Receiver -> Connection Center -> Devices - the redirection policy should be set to "Optimized" and "Local Machine/Remote Session" should be listed under the "Current Connection" column.
