Receiver 4.9 Startup Error

Rob Morrison1709155463

Question

When the user logs in an error message is immediate displayed "Citrix FTA URL Redirector has stopped working". This error message started this month after we had already upgraded to 4.9. The error message is isolated to the users profile, when I login with my user account the message doesn't appear. So far I've tried running the ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe as well as "Reset Receiver" and the user continues to receive the error message when logging in. The user can close the error and use Receiver to launch applications and desktops without any issues.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this error? If possible I'd like a solution that doesn't involve recreating the users profile.

Rob
