No Data Available on Network Tab

Hello,

 

i hope somebody can show me the right way to fix our Problem.

 

We have a XenApp/XenDesktop enviroment. Everything works fine.

It is the Platinum Licens with Netscaler Platinum.

 

All Users start there Session over the Netscaler. Now we are trying to use the Netscaler MAS.

The configuration seems to be ok. In the Analytic Site on the MAS i can see the HDX Insight Date.

 

But the Integration in the Director shows always "No Data Available"

 

Already tried to unconfig and reconfig the Integration.

 

For the beginning we just use HTTP and the nsroot User for Integration.

The Port for HTTP is open between the Director and MAS

 

Our Problem is i can't find any logs an the Director.

 

Would be glad i someone give me some hints where to look.
