Receiver error - server name cannot be resolved

Hello there,


we are accessing a Citrix portal via our receiver, portal is hosted on another network via router.

Most of our clients can access the portal, but when I want to access via our terminal server 2012 R2 I can add an account, I am asked for username and password which is accepted and after that the error message server name cannot be resolved pops up. Any other clients presents the available stores.

Strange thing is that the server can resolve the required ressources and has the same gateway and DNS config than other clients, also Wireshark looks good.


Any ideas?
