Hello Donna,


Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the Citrix iOS Receiver. We have tried unsuccessfully to verify the error message that you are receiving. So in order to fully support you on this issue can you please send us debug logs for the failed connection.

Also can you please provide as much information on the environment that you are connecting to.

Using receiver 7.0.2 on iOS 9.3.5. When trying to open app, getting following error "The session launch ended, either the session was not visible to the user, or the ICA engine did not load properly.


Any ideas, thanks.





Please try Citrix Receiver version 7.1.1 it was released to the App Store this afternoon. Please let me know if you are still having any issues after trying the latest version.
